AlfHuy Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 Good morning, I searched the forum if there is any recent news in regards of using an Embassy affidavit but could not find anything. Is here anybody who recently used an affidavit in order to renew the visa? Is this only for pension income or for other source of income as well? Is immigration even looking and considering it? Most offices prefer the affidavit over having to through transfers of 65k baht a month. Some will not accept anything but the affidavit if you are from a country that can get one. Yes, I have a Thai insurance, purchased in December last year. This is probably the next problem as it is for 1 year.
