I want to get out of Patong

I am living in Patong and wanting to drive (with 3 friends) from Patong to Koh Samui on 7th June for an 8 day holiday. Can we get out of Patong and is there a need to 14 day self quarantine in Samui? Any information or references would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure but I think some striction still in place till July 31st and thought Samui was blocked off.

Yes. Regulations still in place, much paperwork required. Vacation not a reason to leave Phuket.  Not a great idea right now.

 

Think back normal 1st July 2020.

There's a Facebook group for people leaving Phuket, and people are going to Samui all the time.  There is some paperwork to be done for sure, but not especially onerous if you want to get out.  Personally I would get the f* out of Phuket since it's so unnecessarily strict (and no beaches!!!!).  Retarded for sure.
