At least it was good the sailor stopped and assisted them.

I wonder if he will be mentioned in dispatches for his good deed?

I was out on my bike today, and wondering if the accident numbers are much reduced now. Much less traffic, less of the dangerous tourist coaches who make silly turns and act like they are the only traffic on the road. Although it seems a bit more reckless, out there, I was able to do 60kph on 3rd Rd....

Not normal. Often nobody stops to help.

you can help, but if the neck is injured, you better don't... at least someone stopped instead of filming

Young teenage girl on a motorbike carrying a toddler drove into the back of a parked truck. I stopped to help. The toddler was screaming its head off.

Within minutes there was a crowd of about 10 - 15 Thais surrounding me telling me that it was my fault and that I must pay damages. Luckily, a couple of stall holders who actually saw what happed stepped in and told the Thais to mind ther own business - I was the only one helping.

This has happened a few times here in Thailand but I will still go and help someone in trouble. It is not always easy.

THATS why NEVER STOP whatever....I would not stop unless it was a friend of mine and from english speaking country
