ChipButty
Locals flock to scoop up thousands of lager cans after delivery truck crashes in Thailand A delivery lorry spilled thousands of cans of beer onto a road in Thailand – sparking a frenzy as passers-by raced to collect them. The truck was loaded with more than 3,600 crates of ‘Leo’ beer when it lost control on a wet road and smashed into a tree in Chumphon, southern Thailand in the afternoon of May 23. Driver Thanongsak Sairin was able to manoeuvre the truck so it did not overturn, but despite his best efforts, hundreds of crates were strewn down the roadside. https://internewscast.com/locals-flock-to-scoop-up-thousands-of-lager-cans-after-delivery-truck-crashes-in-thailand/

The damned things have a mind of their own and what's a poor driver supposed to do?
ezzra
In many countries around the world shippers and teamsters are mindful of truck loads to comply with road's regulation for safety and serviceability of said thoroughfares not in Thailand whereby you can load the truck until the axles are bent and tiers are buckling under the overload and from there the way for the truck to lose control and spill is very short...

Matzzon
Probably another accident that could have been avoided with the use of common sense. However, It is a worrying trend that so many people are stealing as soon as they get a chance. Edited June 2, 2020 by Matzzon

Worrying, but to be expected under current circumstances. ☹️
