Dress in Gucci collection looks just like Thai formal wear - the only difference is the price!

Recommended Posts

Wife bought a Gucci handbag once, 1500 Aus $ (duty free), didn't last any longer than her Lao (Chinese) copies!

The shirt of that dress also looks a bit like my $5 t-shirt: the only difference therefore is the price.

The skirt looks like a piece of cloth wrapped around like a towel... my towels costs about $8 a piece, the only difference is therefore the price.

That's because it was a copy. 🙂

Aren't Thais supposed to scream their lungs out and spurt blood out of every orifice due to cultural appropriation? That seemed to be all the rage in the pre-COVID PC days.

If that had been my wife she would have become my ex-wife.
