A giant Nike Thailand flagship store has opened in Bangkok’s Siam Center, with a footprint spanning more than 9000sqft.

Designed to showcase Nike’s product innovation across multiple categories, the store also offers the brand’s first “Nike By You” in-store customisation service in Thailand.

Operated by Southeast Asian luxury and lifestyle retail specialist Valiram, the new Nike Thailand store offers a blend of physical and digital retail experiences for shoppers.

I was told our local market can knock 'em out at 200 Baht/pair because they have lower overheads.............

Probably exactly the same "made in Vietnam" Nike's - Cut out the middle man 😉

Yankie speak.  The USA must be one of the last countries to use the imperial system of measurement.  The vast majority of countries use the metric system.

Yeah, but Thailand is metres.  I doubt the article was written by a Yank.

Anyway who cares....

The author of the article "Michael Arnold" must be from the land of the Yankee Doodle.

Just as well this shop is not in Minneapolis it would have been burned and looted in no time by now...

Not just there, but anywhere in the US it would've been smashed, looted & burned down already...

It might not be very busy for a while, especially when you can get cheap fakes. There is a fantastic soi near king chulalongkorn university which has loads of shop selling Nike, Puma, Adidas football shirts for 300 thb and less, excellent quality.
