Let me guess... the plan is to cook one up and then only administer it in Thailand, trying to lure in vaccine tourists?

TAT target market revealed.  Or anybody with a horizontally striped polo shirt.

"Kiat, meanwhile, said he planned several phases of human trials: the first will cover 100 Bangkok residents, the second will cover 500 to 1,000 people at medical schools both in Bangkok and the provinces, while the third will see the vaccine injected into some 5,000 test subjects."

There is no covid-19 in Thailand they keep telling us, how can you test it on humans here?

Guaranteed success I guess, the worlds first vaccine.

No they don't. They told us today there's 59 cases in hospital.

I guess you didn't read the news.

The level of  ignorant expertise is often frightening in TVF.

In basic  terms  try to understand two ways  that a safe "vaccine" can be made to have an effect.

*The introduction of a weakened  form of pathogen that is  incapable of causing infection but which the immune system reacts to by creating antibodies.

* The introduction of selected parts of a pathogen that are sufficient  to  cause  the immune system to  react and create antibodies to a pathogen that is not actually  present.

How very jolly decent of them ..

All they have to do now is boil up a vaccine .. No small feat as a successful vaccine against a contagious virus has only ever been done once before with Smallpox ..
