No ... but their Thai wives should be

from the article...

In this stage opinions are being sought with regard to two areas. Firstly, it is to allow those who have medical conditions and who have received doctor's certificates the right to grow cannabis for their own use.

Secondly, it is to allow farmers to have the right to grow cannabis for supply to the pharmaceutical industry and Thai hospitals, herbalists and local doctors so that it can be prescribed for medical reasons.

So yes, if "their" Thai wives satisfy one of these two categories.

Anyone who expected the "six-plant" option to be extended unregulated was a fool.

Anutin is a as..ole of the first degree. He needs to be kicked out of the office and jailed along with many of his fellow Ministers. Is even one of them qualified for the Ministry they have control over???

Perhaps he is hopeful allowing students to grow 6-MJ plants will stop their rebellious ideas.

They are pictures that would have been unthinkable just a few years ago.

Was quite normal when I first came to Thailand.

9ft plants with barely any flowers? They say so all Thai can grow and use it who has a condition, but in all honesty it needs to cover all people who have some sort of condition i.e. high blood pressure glaucoma, anxiety etc.

As a previous daily smoker and someone with high blood pressure , I don't think there is any serious evidence to suggest cannabis is a good treatment for high blood pressure ( whatever other benefits it has ). Those studies that have been made seem to suggest the opposite is more likely .

Nonetheless, we don’t recommend using cannabis specifically to lower your heart rate or treat your blood pressure. Speak to your doctor before considering medical marijuana for any condition.

'My friend' takes his blood pressure before and after.

Generally after is 10% less for around 2 hours.

Definitely reduces BPH symptoms.

Don't know about tobacco though.

Stuff that makes you sleepy reduces BP, stuff that jigs you up increases BP.
