webfact
Vendors, beach chairs back on Bang Saen beach By The Nation Vendors and beach chair operators were back in business on Bang Saen beach today (June 5) following more than two months of lockdown, after the Chonburi beach officially reopened. Saensuk district authorities have arranged shops and beach chairs to reduce congestion and free up space on the beach so visitors can maintain social distancing and enjoy the scenery. However, the road to the beach may be closed to prevent crowding if too many visitors arrive, local officials warned. Bang Saen is regarded as the closest beach to Bangkok, making it a popular weekend attraction for residents of the capital. "We ask that visitors to the beach wear face masks, refrain from drinking alcohol, and dispose of their garbage in the designated areas," the official said. "Those who disobey the rules will face punishment as municipality officials will be inspecting the area constantly." https://www.nationthailand.com/news/30389102 -- © Copyright The Nation Thailand 2020-06-05 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow Thaivisa on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates
Popular Post Thunder26
Wear masks? That's impractical and stupid. Masks should be worn in enclosed areas such as shops, malls and public transportation. Asking people to wear masks on the beach is plain stupid. 4
