OP, try clearing your browser cache or a different browser and retest. Also, ThaiVisa is pretty data heavy and requires a really good Internet connection to work well. If you continue to experience issues the people in support would probably appreciate you providing a bit more information: is this an ongoing or just a recent issue (hard to tell as you're using a new account) are you experiencing similar issues with other websites or forums type of device, Internet type and speed type of browser Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you keep hitting it with your tomato sized thumbs, it will never work. Just look at it this way. You are in your car waiting for your wife to join you shopping , whilst she is indoors finalizing her make up. Or a quick pee. Or some other <deleted> women do..
