That's right, and you only can use it for a short time when you doing an transaction ,when you doing an transaction the Bank or other company send you an OTP in an Instant and you use  it  end of transaction no Problem . One has to be Pretty  "vague" to give that same OTP Again whilst one knows that one just used it .  ????

I have seen many emails daily from Hotmail with OTP codes from someone trying to change my passwords to other accounts. 

I read don't click anything in them as they are phishing. But it is disturbing to see daily emails of someone trying to access my email accounts. Even more disturbing is there is no way to track them unless they actually are able to open the account. 

By then it's too late.
