Emily C. was traced after she got into a white Toyota Prius and went to her hotel where she had been staying for a number of days. Her haul included 5 pairs of sunglasses worth 100 baht each and a 150 baht purse. Picture: Chiang Mai News The theft had been reported to police by the shop owner, Pim, 32, on June 10th. The Australian has been charged with theft using a conveyance in pursuit of the crime. Meanwhile - amazing that the CCTV was working. I thought they were all decoys, which is why usually when something happens the first thing they say is "CCTV was not working".
