webfact Posted June 22, 2020 Share Posted June 22, 2020 Koh Samui: Russian arrested for using fake credit cards to buy goods, withdraw cash Surat Thani provincial police announced they had arrested a Russian national who had used lots of fake credit cards to purchase goods and make cash withdrawals all over Koh Samui. The police investigated Vadim V. after complaints were received from a bank about irregular activity on the holiday island. The suspect was arrested at a pier on Friday evening as he attempted to go to Phuket, reported Manager. He has been charged with having fake electronic cards and using them. Eight cards, a machine for reading them and a computer were taken into evidence. It's their choice, that's why. Why should "we", and the rest of the world, be able to identify this person who has not yet been found guilty of any crime?
