Thai media published a story about locals in Mae Sai, Chiang Rai in the far north of Thailand who found a motorcyclist collapsed under his bike near some municipal offices.
 
No other vehicles were involved - he had just fallen off his motorcycle because he was drunk. 
 
That fact was confirmed by onlookers in a 30 second video who waited for a rescue foundation to arrive.
 
The man, who had blood running out of his mouth, was taken away to hospital.

Leave him to sleep it off ,hope the leg under the bike is not cooking on something hot.
