Bask in your glory Red's fans. A great EPL season for you. Hope that next season you get more opposition than this.

Unfortunately my team is in the Sky Bet League Two (although recently in the top flight), but my adopted team (Wolves) are doing OK.

anyone else getting up for the Chelsea city game tonight?

I will be going to bed at 8 as usual and getting a good 6 hours in before KO.

In two minds.....might just watch it on catch up when I wake up.

Congratulations to Liverpool; their football has been brilliant this season. Man Utd could run them close next season, maybe Chelsea too. The FA will relegate Man City to League 2 for their financial dodgy dealings where I predict they will struggle against the mighty Bolton.

Soccer is an abbreviation of Association (Football), and was brought in to differentiate it from Rugby Football, where as you say, the players beat each other up and pass the ball with their HANDS, and was the fore-runner of 'American' Football.

Same as Baseball and Basketball are played as Rounders and Netball by schoolgirls in England!   PML

I wonder why The Owl is SAD.

I know! I was just joking.

not bitter mate, tongue in cheek.

I was going home and away in the 80s so did see some success. Different game then, and affordable. Can you imagine Reid and Mcmahon having their battles in today's game??

As i said in a previous post - congrats. Maybe in a couple of seasons we ' ll give you some competition. Maybe!

that was when De Bruyne and Aguero were out injured.

You didn't lose a PL match in January.

Also, either both or at least 1 of KDB and the Kun played in each your 8 PL losses thus far.
