Um...each to their own I suppose, everyone has different views on how relationships should be, the relationships that work are because the couple stick with what they agreed to in the beginning and it still suits them, the others fall apart because they got into a relationship that they later found didn't suit them or they didn't agree on what they wanted in or from the relationship in the beginning, e.g. love is blind, but what about what you are going to do and what I am going to do, sort of like a job, sort of like a contract I suppose.

Every once in a while you give us insight into that staunchly traditional mind of yours.

I can also recall your views on child rearing

Your ego is amusing indeed.

Well I am not in Los anymore but I really like Indian curry, I make my own curry

and seldom buy it from the shop I never use curry powder I make the real thing

from ingredients but many people are to lazy to do that.

So you grow your own coriander, cumin, fenugreek seeds? Impressive.

I love Indian curry too having lived in India for some years previously. I particularly like British Restaurant curry which accounts for at least four of my meals weekly. There’s plenty of online Indian wholesalers in BKK that will deliver anywhere for a small price.

What does that have to do with cooking?

Never was a contract, always had girls that liked sex too. Even had it happen that i was told i was not giving enough ????. But had one GF when i was young who hated it.. stupid me i was too young to end it fast.

I believe relationships are verbal contracts, sex on the other hand is a natural thing, both have to be willing otherwise it's not good.

I can also understand about your GF hating it when you were younger, I married young and things changed when we got married, I was lucky to get it once a month, she had issues that's why she is my x, and apart from sex with scores of western woman in my years, not bragging, they all had baggage, whereas with this one it's no baggage and we are still like rabbits since we met 14 odd years ago. Guess it's the luck of the draw ?

As my wife works, has a very busy job, and i am home with sod all to do except read, Thai visa, leaves me plenty of time for cooking.

Even my wife says i am a damn good cook, she is happy with the arrangement, as she can come home and not have to worry about cooking dinner.

She enjoys having different foods, first time i made mac/ cheese, she would not eat it, now she loves cheese.

Funny thing about cheese Colin , When I first met my wife years ago she didn't understand cheese at all. Mac/cheese she will now take a taste but prefers Thai food. BUT only last week she made cheese , not strong so I suggested she puts blue cheese with it and it will catch. After a Big C shop she now likes blue cheese with a baguette , me I prefer Casino soft cheese . Oh while in Big C or Makro...................Canadian bacon.!! TGM product.

Hold up there tiger.

if you wish to avoid comment perhaps you should limit the information you share.

Making an observation hardly indicates a chip.

Your comments have been invasive and disingenuine.

I speak my truths here on TVF and if you don't agree, fine, move on, don't attack me for our ways of raising our kids our way, we are married, responsible parents who put a lot of hard work into making sure our kids toe the line, we have rules in the house, respect, discipline, chores, not like the rest of the world and I don't appreciate it when someone doesn't know squat about me or my wife or our kids having a go.

The are comfortable, speak openly, have a roof over their heads, are warm, fed and educated, hopefully tomorrow when they go into the real world they will be able to fend for themselves and earn a crust, perhaps you would like us to let them be on social media and the mobile till all hours of the morning, give me a break.

I don't cook. That's what women are for.

Some people on here are getting confused. Could you imagine the response if you said to the Mrs of g/f, "be sure to check the ladder rungs before you clear the leaves off the roof?"

Let the ladies do what they are good at and leave us free for more important stuff.

The post was not gender based, what gave you the impression it's only men that read here.

Again, I ask what does your total mastery over your doemstic situation have to do with cooking?
