Personally, I like the Islamic definition, which is married = legal, unmarried = illegal (and adultery = death). I'd be entirely happy if the entire world was forced to live under that definition, which covers all situations. And before anyone accuses me of anything, the youngest woman I ever had sex with was 19 in the UK. I see absolutely no reason to define the morality of the situation by the relative ages of the two people concerned.
