All of New Zealand's 20+ new cases this month are due to travelers from outside the country. They have been identified through the mandatory isolation requirements. China's new cases are imports - travelers from Europe or the USA. Canada is not publicizing the issue, but it has a problem with the thousands border crossers from the USA. There were 200,000 border crossings from the United States into Canada in the week of June 15-June 21, 2020. About 75% are commercial truckers, and the others are individual travelers. The truckers are not subject to 14 day quarantines. A number of these people are infected with Covid19. If Phuket quickly reopens to foreign tourists, infections will be imported from around the world. There are people out there who do not care who they infect. Here is an example of stupid people. https://thehill.com/changing-america/well-being/longevity/505625-alabama-students-are-throwing-covid-parties-and-betting
