If you're driving down the road and someone pulls out from a small side street right in front of you without looking, and you smash into them from behind since you don't have time to react, are you to blame? Of course not. Someone being hit from behind doesn't necessarily mean they're without blame. Bob A Kneale is simply saying we can't judge who's to blame based on this information alone, while you're acting like you know everything already, and coming of extremely hostile and childish while doing it. 3 2

impulse
Another tragic data point. Had he been in a 4 wheel vehicle, we may be reading about a dented rear bumper, if it made the news at all.

You get 1 take it or leave it offer. You can try to sue, but you better have lots of time and money before you start that. Roads here are strictly a gamble, your life, money, and property. If you win, you arrive safe, if you lose, you lose big. buy a 4x4 big foot, problem solved. ????
