Moving permanent to another Province

Recommended Posts

For the moment i live in Bangkok, i will renew my retirement extension next week at CW.

In September I will move permanently to Mukdahan Province.

What correct paperwork do i need, do comply to the rules of Bangkok as well as Mukdahan Immigration?

You don't need any paperwork for Bangkok. You do need to register your new address with Immigration at Mukdahan. I'll defer to UbonJoe, he will have all the specifics. PM him if he doesn't come on to the thread.

It depends on where you plan to stay the process is deferent. A hotel, an apartment, at a friends house or a rental house/condo.

He said move permanently to another province. That means at least a TM30 report at the local immigration office.

No, it does not mean that.

If rents an apartment or a hotel room there is no need a trip to immigration. The apartment management/hotel will do the job.
