Could you tell me: Is there a penalty to pay for being late? Can someone provide us with a link on what is involved in renewing our two year drivers licence and /or extending to 5 years What are the costs involved for doing all the abover (We have an old 4 door pickup) Whatever info you can provide is much appreciated.
