The Cabinet has decided to waive toll fees at two expressways from just after midnight on July 24 to 11.59pm on July 29, government spokesperson Narumon Pinyosinwat said on Tuesday (July 14).

Toll fees will not be collected on Motorway No 7 that runs from Bangkok to Chonburi and Highway No 9 that runs from Bang Pa-in to Bang Phli and from Phra Pradaeng.

The Cabinet decided that July 27 will be made a public holiday as substitution for Songkran, which added to His Majesty’s birthday on July 28 allows for a four-day-long weekend.
