samtam Posted July 15, 2020 Share Posted July 15, 2020 My True Online is not working and having reported it, True says it's an outside fault, "which they are checking"....nothing for 3 hours. ThailandRyan Posted July 15, 2020 Share Posted July 15, 2020 My true is up and running. I am in Sathon off of Rama 4 Rd near Lumpini Park. Unplug your true box, turn it off and the restart it. samtam Posted July 15, 2020 Author Share Posted July 15, 2020 Yes, there's a red flickering light on one of the router boxes "LOS"....which is something to do with the signal, "loss of signal"?.
