webfact
Questions of animal abuse arise as two dogs jump off building By The Nation Two dogs were seen jumping off the fourth floor of a building at 1am on Thursday (July 16), prompting speculation on social media about whether the animals were being seriously abused. Footage of the incident near the Pak Nam Pho Rama Theatre in Nakhon Sawan posted on Facebook showed the first dog dying as soon as his body hits the ground, while the other is saved by electric cabs and is seen running off. Many netizens said this behaviour was very unlike dogs, while some pointed out that the dogs could be heard screaming before jumping, which means something terrified them. Paiman
In my opinion most Thais don,t know what it means to take responsibility, being owner of an animal and actually caring about the animal welfare. Partially dogs are still seen as a food source. Even visiting a Zoo might not be a pleasant experience if you are sensitive to it.
Popular Post Guderian
Can't have been suicide, their paws weren't trussed up with a cable tie and there was no plastic bag on their heads. In Pattaya, the police seem to find these clues as definite proof of suicide, lol. 1

Redline
They were thrown or forced off-they would not jump unless it was mostly safe to do so.
