Popular Post GoDucks
A few months ago I was thinking of doing liposuction. I weighed 118 kg. Dieting never worked for me. I came across an all-beef diet used successfully by Jordan Peterson (if you have heard of him) and thought, like he said, I can try anything for a month. So I went to Makro and bought a lot of beef and started. I eat as much as I want, its delicious (I cook myself at home) and I lost a lot of weight--I was down to 106+. My only issue now is... too many dates. When I go on a date, of course we eat. If not for that I would have lost even more weight now and might even weigh about what I did when I was in my 20's. I am currently at about 108. Its easy. Just eat beef. I also avoid almost all sugar. I drink thinks mostly that have no sugar or just some raw honey. And beef. My suggestion, go to Makro and buy Harvey brand rib eye and strip loin. Its 360 baht per kg and good quality. each BIG steak ends up costing 100 to 150 baht. Worth a try. PS: After doing this diet for nearly 3 months I went and did my health check. All my numbers had improved. 4 1

NO it is not you are a fool to conflate them they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT an Atkins diet reintroduces carbs after just 2 weeks which is why you hear idiotic arguments against carnivore saying "its only good short term" when fools conflate carnivore with Atkins as Atkins is useless after 2 weeks as carbs get reintroduced Edited July 18, 2020 by innosiem

Popular Post Peterw42
OP, yes there are lots of variations of the low/no carbs diet. And yes it does work for rapid weight loss initially. However, you will find the weight will come back just as quick as soon as you reintroduce carbs back into your diet. Its not a permanent weight loss solution, it is great for that initial weight loss to get you started and then switch to healthy balanced diet. 6 1 2

Good luck with that, you will find there are long term effects from only eating protein, you will die of scurvy, clogged arteries, bowel cancer. Also overtime the weight loss from low carbs tends to fall away. 2

cyril sneer
i tried the same for similar reasons, also buying the beef from makro made me what to throw up for some reason, and stunk the house out previously tried it doing pork and fish only (cooked and delivered) and that worked well, kept me off the booze too, but started getting inflammation and all sorts though, probably from the omega 6 difficult to do in Thailand, and doesn't really work long term
