The water for the particular block of condos I lived in was brought in by truck every second day. So we paid a bit extra for that,but before you rock the boat enquire at the office about the price your paying. Also check out your contract,it might be in there explaining the charges. The building reads the water meter Here's an update, I talked to the my Condo management to see how much the building pays for the water, since I am co-chairman of the committee, I have access to this, and they pay 15 Baht and charge the owners 20 Baht per unit.
