On the one hand we've got sensible young people protesting against the Government and Army and on the other hand we've got ferel youth killing each other attacking Doctors and smashing up Hospitals !

The first example are criminals that need to be dealt with severely.  The second example are potential future politicians.

Give them the cane! Seen this caning carried out in Botswana (just happen to walk in on a village meeting). The local policeman said they had done something wrong in the community so they were teaching them to be better men in the future so they can contribute in a positive way for the village in the future. It is one punisment they will never forget.

Upon arrest, the brothers reportedly confessed to the crime, while police say they will face serious punishment.

ROFL   Do these writers believe (or even read) the clap they write? The gang members should be on a list of undesirables at the local hospitals and not be treated there, go to another province.

Thai gang members are like gang members all over the world. They have no respect for doctors

or the law or government, they only think about themselves. They are low lives and

that is all they will amount to except maybe dead early.

Sad when the medical people are treated like they were by these criminals.

Geezer

The simple solution is to draft these thugs into the army and deploy them for duty down south.

I think you'll find they were too young to be in the army.

Probably 15-17 years old as they are high-school gangs.

Yes..10 blows each with a rattan can focus the mind wonderfully.

Which is why Singapore and India (amongst others) still use it.

Video, I guess 20 seconds, has been featured in the news on several Australian TV channels.
