Do you normally debloat or just run stock? I run stock though it does have some annoying quirks. I tried rooting and loading a custom ROM on a previous Xiaomi phone and bricked it in the process. Some people are not meant to do complicated tech procedures. I am one. 12 has some cool animations and a new pull down menu I'm not sure I like.
