Arrest him for what ?

Use section 44. Don't need a reason.

Of you really want a reason, it's called "perverting the course of justice" ofcourse it's a concept that the PM doesn't understand as he is guilty of it himself.

According to the BP,  a Chulalongkorn scientist says Boss drove his car at 177km/hr and he is sticking by his evidence.

He was a member of the original evidence collection team.

Injustice is the cause of state ruin.
In Thailand, if the poor stole they go to prison, and if the rich stole, they left him and they go to England

Where is the Wednesday explanation that promised to be public? This will not turn out well for any of the parties.

A good investigative person would look at bank records of recently found witnesses and experts along with phone records to establish location on night in question. Suspect they have already been expunged.

Maybe ask Yingluck for some advice. You are the problem. Lazy old weak scared non reformer. I would have jailed the police chief day of standing over the country. For theft extortion and racketeering

You are a funny man

"We must fix these problems to ensure justice in Thai society without dividing it along social class lines," he said.

He has had 6 years to fix problems and the result is........ corruption is still rampant throughout the government, police and army

This forum has a diverse and widespread readership.  Surely someone knows where he is and can tell the PM?

ou would have thought that the case been so high profile that these honest citizens would have gone straight to the police station and told there story. Instead lets wait for 7 years eh!

It took 7 years to cut the deal!
