Picture: Naew Na Naew Na reported on the horror smash of a Honda Civic at 1 am this morning in the area of Ban Chang, Rayong. The engine was detached from the car and there were bits everywhere after it rolled repeatedly. It had hit a wall at U-Tapao airport. The driver, a navy captain by the name of Chatchanan, 25, managed to crawl out and was not seriously injured. Picture: Naew Na He was taken to hospital when the police and rescue services arrived. He said that he was on his way to Sattahip when he lost control of his vehicle and it rolled over and over. Naew Na said that he was wearing a Somdej Krom Luang Chumporn medal - used by navy personnel to protect them from harm.
