so feel free to try to steal whatever you can, no fee, no fine, no prison time

Is it any wonder that land encroachment is such a huge problem on Govt Land and National Parks when there seems so little punishment for the perpetrators.

This is not the first time...

 

I would have thought stealing land from the Kings Beach should invoke jail time.

 

Any wonder the big money keeps trying ....

Yes they dismantled the barrier but just dumped the metal sheeting  on the beach....

And this happened under the watchful eye of several officials (see OP's pic).  there really is no hope with these corrupt buffoons.....
