jackdd
In this topic we have the ministerial order regarding the "amnesty" extension until 26th September: https://forum.thaivisa.com/topic/1175378-extension-of-amnesty-now-in-the-royal-gazette/ I just came across the official immigration police memo/notification based on this ministerial order: Source is the Chiang Mai immigration Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/%E0%B8%95%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%88%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%99%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%82%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%B2%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%B7%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%88%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%94%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%8A%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%87%E0%B9%83%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%A1%E0%B9%88-Chiang-Mai-Immigration-307273909883935 @ubonjoe will probably request a translation of this document so everybody can read it. After a first inspection by me, it seems to confirm the info graphic which we got from immigration, including that if you didn't do your 90 day report, you are supposed to do it in August. But at least Chiang Mai seems to have their own rule, they write on their Facebook page that people who didn't do their 90 day report have to do it until 5th October, after this you might be fined. ubonjoe
If you click See More it has more info in english on the facebook article. The ministerial notice still is the official rules. Maybe Monday I can have a translation of it.
