Popular Post AhFarangJa
Maybe I am wrong, but did the original investigation not say he was estimated to have been doing 177 KMH. It was only when these new witnesses turned up that said it was 60 to 80 KMH. Now we are back to 170 plus again. I believe there may be a witness waiting to swear the Policeman was riding backwards, and reversed into the Ferrari. 3
the green light
SOi NANA is closed -- so staying home and avoid being bored. better then eating expensive fried rice, looking at ugly girls with masks, or follow the ridiculous immigration policies, and tourism problems HAHA welcome to the LALA land. Thailand NO matter what we say, this brat boy will go free. HE WILL NOT GO TO JAIL>>> The fun part how the government will squirm and dance to justify letting go.. that is waht we all waiting for. So he does not have to come back to Thailand.SO WHAT1!!!!!!!!.He can buy citizenship in an island in the Caribean, or stay in Dubai or whatever,, Countries takes a lot of money for citizenship . The problem is that the laws in these countrie are strick and he could not manipulate them. Why is he interested in coming back to Thailand?...so he can drive his Ferrarri and kill somebody else.? IF he goes free and come to Thailand, he better watch for his life... in these times there are a lot of people angry who could hurt him.

akampa
whats that saying. You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. Thailand obviously does not have that saying, just saying

Yes, that's exactly what they thought. Well done to everyone who did kick up a fuss and who rightly condemned this decision. He won't be coming back to Thailand anytime soon, and his family are losing face quicker then they're losing cash for handing out bribes. An utter embarrassment for all involved in this cover up. You got that dead right, thought they'd let him stay overseas for a while then when the dust had settled bring him back. pay-off everyone and all would be good. But the public kicked up a stink, so 2 witnesses turned up out of the blue, now one is dead, the other I suspect is keeping a very low profile.. Now more new evidence [that should have been available at the start] has come to light saying the speed was greater. Just gets better and better... wonder what the Red Bulls**t family are going to do now...

New evidence was the 2 witnesses that said he had run out of gas and was pushing his car to the gas station when the bike reversed into him. Basically, they needed something new to drop the case. Trouble is, it caused too much trouble, so these new charges are to placate the masses. If tried on these charges he will get a suspended sentence. They need to reinstate the original charges and prosecute both sides involved in the bribery. Won't happen... But still...

saminoz
They are trotting out this "whereabouts unknown" BS again, even though they claimed that they had informed the little <deleted> by letter that the charges were being dropped!
mtls2005
More and more "authorities" are looking for a "piece of the pie", so BOSS's legal "bills" keep increasing. Hopefully they'll bleed him dry, or at least to the point he gives up. I mean does he really want to live in Thailand where most of the population treats him like OJ?
crazykopite
Don’t make me laugh it’s already agreed that Boss had cocaine in his body tests showed this so that says he was driving under the influence of class A drugs that alone is a prison sentence so it is irrelevant what speed his car was going he killed a policeman have the police no desire to see the culprit brought to justice for killing a fellow officer this whole case stinks of corruption. animatic
Well it is a cockup. All I know is that I will NEVER buy a Red Bull product, ever. if the upset public boycotted Red Bull en-mass and made it clear to papa Red Bull, he would stop protecting his deadly boychick with such fervor. madmitch
But wont it be just business as usual? Boss will simply stay where he is as the chances extradition will remain as unlikely as ever.

He hit the bike from the rear so if it was travelling at, say 80kph (not unusual) , the closing speed is 90kph which seems about right for the damage. Naamblar2014
Devils advocate on. All they need to do is raise some doubt. Seriously looking at that photo of the car and motorcycle does not look like the impact damage of a 170 km /hr plus collision. Devils advocate off.
