Emdog
"He urged tourists to monitor weather forecasts and follow the instructions of officials to the letter for their own safety." thequietman
Tourists warned: High seas and small vessels present danger - and you are telling tourist this, why ???? As another said here, tell the F#@%&ng boat and ferry owners that. ???? Is this so you can say, "I told them" if another boat sinks? Thus passing the blame onto the tourists. After all, they were told that high seas and small vessels are dangerous! ????

We're all tourists (foreigners) here in Thailand. Nothing wrong with warning folks to use extra caution near the beach.
