Neilly
Maybe Tops in Central? Other than that Lazada have it (as do a few others) https://www.google.com/search?q=Tahini&client=firefox-b-d&sxsrf=ALeKk02IBUGkXekNye-iE6vbVWNLE9C0mw:1596718138759&source=lnms&tbm=shop&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi1_t3LzobrAhUYb30KHQAKDxwQ_AUoAnoECBYQBA&biw=1920&bih=938

Samui Bodoh
Hi Limbos Try the Lucky Cow next door to the car exit from Makro (ring road, Chaweng). They do 'Thaihini' (yes, I know... groan) which isn't as great as real Tahini, but is quite good nonetheless. On a larger note, they do natural yogurt, various cheeses, pita bread (awful) and Hummus, with a variety of other natural products. I shop there most weeks for Hummus. Cheers SB
