Don't worry  their "smuggler handlers " told them already to claim asylum as soon foot  on any British vessel …...don't you know they have also asylum agents ? And be sure the Telephone numbers & addresses of British Asylum Lawyers on pocket

As much as that is thrown around, not applying for asylum in the first country does not preclude an asylum seeker from seeking asylum in another country.   It is also not grounds for denying the asylum claim.

Yes. However, under the Dublin regulation, it doesn't forbid another country to accept an application, provided there hasn't been any previous application in another signatory country.

The fact is mass immigration/top down enforced Multiculturalism is a political/election strategy of the Left that they adopted once the unions ceased to be their voter base to the extent they had prior. When did the British people ask for mass immigration/to become a Multicultural Society? None of us got the memo - there was no mention of it in any election manifesto or Queens speech opening Parliament. Nobody asked us. Any attempt at dialogue, even just on numbers, irrespective of where from, was met with a political strategy of screaming racist to shut down dialogue. We are entitled to reject something that was forced upon us like that and we don't have to explain ourselves according to someone else's politics (actually strategy). The UK has always been something of a cosmopolitan society, but that is not what I am taking about here. If you think we are racist or xenophobes because we reject a political strategy that is just what you think, so what.
