Tourism revenue could plummet over 75 per cent

Seeing the red flags flying on the beach at Koh Samet this week – and translating several stories about yet more capsizes in the nation’s seas and rivers – Rooster was reminded about a remarkable event in the 1980s that I remember to this day. Consumer confidence up, but still lowest in 21 years
