Shame on him and his parents, for not guiding him to do the right, by confessing his guilt instead of helping him escape, and now trying to whitewash it. If he had confessed, repented and spent a few years behind bars, he could have come out a better person and become a role model to society. Now everyone only curses them. And if he was not guilty at all to start with, they could have hired the best team of lawyers and defended him.

I am afraid it is going to be up to  the public to punish both his family and him, as Thai Justice  won't.The punishment is  totally ban Red Bull and totally boycote their product, without the money from them they would not  have been able to flout the law.

There's still 1 living eyewitness, isn't there?

Where's that "Air Marshall" and his eyewitness testimony at?

He probably would not have gone to gaol.

Full immediate confession and apology  (and no cocaine charge) and his sentence would probaly have been suspended.

......and even if he did jail time it would be very comfortable, with all creature comforts provided. He has been very badly advised, on top of his own shortcomings.

Their strategy works 98 percent of the time.

I'm not a forensic scientist (just an average person with some grey between the ears), but isn't it possible to look at the footage of the CCTV, then identify physical markers in the frame and measure the distance between those markers on site. Using this information you then look at the timecode and/or how many frames (depending on the framerate of the camera you know the time) it takes the car to pass those markers and then use the extremely complicated formula of s = d / t to calculate the car's speed? 🤔

he was confused by the calculation formula.

I bet he can work out, to a few satang, the compound interest on the unexplained money which appeared in his bank  account without a calculator.

Full report, doctored or otherwise. Eight years after the incident. You lot is the new definition of 'inept'. You lot will render circus clowns jobless. The new graphic definition of the word 'clown' should now be Thailand's 'Men in Brown'.
