There is no law to avoid people leaving a country and sure not France as long they are not wanted for some crime ….many of them carry even the famous order to leave the country.....(annex bis #...). with excluding to go neighboring E.U . country's , before as a member you where in it ….. not any more as a third country ….. The U.K. can only HOPE the French are co operative …. not forced by E.U. law anymore concerning U.K. May I remark the E.U. must deal with INCOMING ones at Greece , Italy , Spain ….. so why you are crying now … I suggest U.K. deal also with the INCOMING ones on their side as we E.U. must do ….. The U.K. border is now under the full control of U.K. "Take back Control of our borders….." as so many times echoed in Westminster ….. So it is all yours now ! Fair enough, my country try to do this with practically no results, These "refugees " have mostly no papers, it take ages, and a lot of costs to find out what their real nationality is. When finally located, it is not sure their homeland accept them back. There were cases where they were not authorized to debark. The attendants ( officers ) had to take them back. It seems it is cheaper to just tell them to leave the country, they may do it, and come back the day after, or just not leaving.

Don't you think that it morally wrong to allow children and pregnant women to set sail in a rubber dinghy into one of the most busiest shipping lanes in the world, at best it is totally irresponsible and whilst these people are in France they are responsible of the French authorities. It seems to me that by ignoring the fact that these people are in extreme danger the French are being less than humanitarian. And I'm sure that if the cargo was drugs they would soon find a way to stop the dinghy, but we are not talking drugs, we are talking about the safety of our fellow humans. The immigrants themselves have proven they don't take their own safety seriously enough, they need protecting from themselves, especially the most vunerable of the 'passengers'.

It happened that escorting officers even had to pay local border control to take them in to their country , Embassy's who even denies they are their nationals , as many trow away their documents before entering western country's (this most Africans ) When police escort them to the supposed Embassy's , they may not be present when the consular service interview them ….. suspected they just ask them : "do you wish to go back our country or not ? "…. if not they just say it is not their national country person …. Hopeless thing under present U.N. refugee status laws …. outdated now 1

Popular Post JulesMad
UK wanted their Brexit; now they got it and they start moaning about the EU (France in particular) NOT stopping people that want to go to UK. If people want to go to UK (don't ask me why...), who is the EU to tell them 'no'? These immigrants WANT to go to UK, not EU... BTW, trying to cross the Channel in a dinghy is very stupid and dangerous, but NOT illegal as they are in international waters. ONLY when they try to enter UK they are illegal immigrants. 3
