Thai media TNN reported that the European Union has lifted the travel ban on 11 countries including Thailand that are deemed to be safe from coronavirus.

Four Thais, one American found to have Covid-19 in state quarantine

The government’s Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) reported five new cases in state quarantine over a 24-hour period today (August 12), the 79th day Thailand has seen no domestic case since May.

Thailand’s central region has a 70% chance of experiencing flooding over the next two months, with Ayutthaya province expected to be hardest hit because of its limited water retention area in the Chao Phraya River basin, predicted Dr. Seri Suprathit, director of Rangsit University, Climate Change and Disaster Centre.
