A jealous Thai man - furious that his girlfriend was carrying on with another man - chased her as she was being driven home in a lady friend's car.

Theerapong, 26, sounded his horn and got Kridaporn,34, to stop beside the road in the Ron Phibun area of Nakhon Sri Thammarat in southern Thailand on Tuesday night.

He parked his motorcycle and went round and opened the front passenger door.

He then stabbed Sumontra, 38, nineteen times in the chest and neck killing her immediately.

He then ran off leaving his bike at the scene.

Kridaporn screamed and locals came to help and called the police. Pol Capt Niyon Songthip of the Ron Phibun constabulary soon had a warrant and arrested Theerapong.

He has been charged with murder.

He said that he was in a relationship with the victim but she was seeing another man. So he killed her in a jealous rage.

Sanook said he was applying for bail.

They reported that the victim was a fish seller at the Hua It market in Muang district. She owned two houses in Muang and Ron Phibun districts.

Another Thai juvenile male out of control what is wrong with these retards. RIP YOUNG LADY so sad.

She was 38y old. My guess would be she picked a young, "exiting" guy to play with. Mistake.

Deserves a heavy ball and chain then a refreshing swim in a river whilst wearing them.

Letting a person like this live is difficult to justify. A menace to society.

A life time spent in a  Thai jail, with no possibility of parole,  is much better than a quick death. Lots of horrific time to consider what he did. Death penalty is too easy.

Slightly off topic, but we have a woman who sells fish in the market who owns two houses. Interesting. We always think of market traders being poor, but this is not the first time I've known or read of such people having multiple properties. Meanwhile, in the 'prosperous' West, many people in good jobs have little or no chance of ever owning one.

Maybe the UK is different, but when I lived in Europe I knew quite a few market traders, and the majority of them was very well off, to say it simple

Yes. I should have said Thai market traders.

Just when I thought small d-i-c-k syndrome was gone, it has once again raised its ugly head.

Can they please stab him 19 times and allow him to die the same way.

RIP

Nakhon Sri Thammarat in southern Thailand

That is very dense muslim population there.   It is one of the 2 southern Provinces that wants to become free from Thailand control and govern themselves. The muslim men are very well known for how badly they treat the 'female gender' (pretty much like 'Soi dogs')   This guy undoubtedly had her money and value of her houses 'in his sights'.

It appears in Thailand- ( please noted the exact words, "It appears")

It appears:

1. If you are in love with a Thai lady or a Thai man( straight or bend makes no difference), you are in danger: you are in danger because you are not aware of the danger in the first place.  Your darling never told you her ex-lover is very violent person and in the western hemisphere he or she would be considered mentally troubled person who need counseling .

2. If you are doing business(with local partners) and luck is with you so you are making money all the time: bought yourself a new model german made car: You are in danger because business rivals are not happy with you, especially when you reject some of the joint venture business they propose to you. Of course you are clever enough to sense that the joint venture is a scam. But your sense of danger is not acute enough to save your life.

You are in danger if your business partner decide to team up with the someone to get rid of you.

3. You are in danger when as a tourist you like to visit bars totally ignorant of how the gang members  in bars and nightclubs work in this country. Argue with the barman or bar manager to stand for your rights when in fact your legal right is somewhat in doubt. Apparently you do have legal rights. Just read over the history of foreigners who didn't seem to have legal right and end up in prison for years on end.

3. It appears that your darling didn't tell you all that happened in the past which have bearing in the present on going life while you in all your innocence had to deal with some problems that crop up.

4. If you are not aware that the laws in this country are not the democratic laws in country that you come from you are in danger.

As a retired man I live like a hermit, I don't go to bar, or girlie places. I don't get drunk. I don't get involve with local women. Then what's life you may ask. Isn't life boring like that?

Yes, Life is boring no matter how you look at it. Ask the rich people, they tell you they are bored despite all the money they have. Of course you need to know quite well before you could put this question to them.
