Police decided not to pursue  . . . because the person who could have made the accusation is dead

Am I confused or does that mean Thai police will not pursue murder because the person who could have made the accusation is dead?

They seem to have missed a couple of timeline events:

6:16 - 9:15       Most Senior police ingratiates himself by respectfully asking permission of prominent, V. important father-man, to interview said piece of s**t.

Over a lengthy and lavish breakfast during these stressful hours - an agreement is made.

The Chauffeur is summonsed and directed to admit to driving said vehicle upon threat of death.

                      Chauffeur admits to said crime.

subsequently Substitute offender dismissed as true driver through the absurdity of this excuse.

Most Senior Policeman returns with begging bowl and grovels to Mr. Big Red bull man.

9:16                Brown envelope safely tucked away in Uniform pocket - the way ahead is agreed!

When politically convenient, Bish-Boss will slither away out of the country.

Could these events please be re-instated into the timeline? Thank you 3 times!

Maybe Bull Boy has some rare enzyme in his liver that can convert Amoxicillin to Cocain? It hasn't been tested.
