A school teacher in Bang Bua Thong looked back at her CCTV and noticed her neighbors up to no good.

A couple were caught making a hole in the front fence while she was out at school.

They then used a hose to connect to one in the teacher's house to steal her mains water for their own use.

The footage was widely viewed on Facebook on "Red Skull Forever" with the teacher, aged 56, posting that it was hard to live in the soi with people like that.

She went to the police and it was determined that water had been stolen on three occasions in August.

Reporters from Sanook went to the scene and managed to do some sleuthing and unearthed the culprits.

The man in the video said that he and his wife lived with their 10 year old son and six year old daughter.

They admitted what they had done but asked for understanding.

They had been cut off and the meter had been taken away because they had no money to pay their bills.

They promised to repay what they had stolen when they got money.

The man explained that his mummy had not sent him any money and he has heart disease and a host of other complaints and can't work.

So his wife has to stay home and look after him.

The teacher is seeking the advice of her family before deciding whether to press ahead with a prosecution.

Yes your correct, pull their finger nails out before administrating lethal injection that is missing a key ingredient ensuring a slow and agonizing death while forced to watch re-runs of little house on the prairie.

Yup, 100% correct, but I'd add in a nice public flogging also.

No. That is blatant theft.

It would appear that the staff that he had house sitting not only stole the water and kept the money too.

If it were e I would have sacked the staff and kept their wages to pay off the enormous water bill.

He sacked the husband but not the wife.

The key is as you say, "it's not so expensive", in fact it costs peanuts, even for Thai folk.

These scrotes took the risk of taking the p_ss out of this lady, now the BiB should give them a hefty fine to teach them a lesson....
