Thank you Thaksin. Come back please.

Come back to where?

I also hope he returns to Thailand. And go to jail and stay in jail where he belongs.

Welcome to Thailand.

he was already rich BEFORE to become first minister

then the pockets were already well filled, not like the actual ones

And he could be still super rich and in Thailand if he wouldn't have been so greedy.

More than enough money was not enough for him. He wanted more and more and more and that was still not enough.

He gave Thai farmers a few crumbs so that he could get the cake.

If he would not have been so greedy he could still be PM and maybe the whole country would love him.

There is no reason for him to go and stay in jail

at least untill the responsibles of the military coups

in 2006 and 2014 go first

Absolutely true. No angel but everyone says best PM Thailand ever had.

Yes at least he knew how to rule an economy

unfortunately we can not say the same thing from the actual ones

Anyways, putting aside the Thaksin popularity contest, a 90 minute C19 test could make a big difference to anyone wanting to travel.

Imagine being tested at check-in, on arrival, at home etc etc.

Could make things a lot easier and reduce the need for massive quarantine or self-isolation.

Let's hope this can be rolled out successfully next month like it says in the article.

You don't get it

the main problem was the 1% of the wealthy didn't wanted

to see the mass moving from their (slavery) poverty and becoming

a middle class, with the level up of the education,

They knew that if this happens, it should be the end of the ''good old days''

for the thug elite runing the country for his own and only benefit.

Taksin was enough clever to understand that a middle class with few money

was the opportunity for everyone (Including him) to become richer and with

better opportunities in life, including in the perspective of an open world.

We know already who in this country prefer to keep the borders well closed

and protected with all the ''systems'' in place inside making Thailand looking

like a mafia clan

It seems breaking laws and getting convicted by the highest court does not really matter to you...

Did you follow all the years when Thaksin behaved like he is above the law? There must be at least 10 court cases which are still running against him and his criminal activities.

But it seems you didn't notice. Was that not covered on Truth TV? Or did you get the red village education?

It's bad enough when poor Thai farmers are uneducated. Farangs in this country should be able to get better news and don't believe everything from the red mob.

A court under the control of a junta

taking the power after an illegal military coup

doesn't have the legitimacy to condam a politician

legaly elected but overthrown by this junta to take his place
