jastheace Posted August 16, 2020 Share Posted August 16, 2020 seems to have the planning akin to the SAS. anyway, treaties aside, money is needed in LOS to pay for any legal assistance afaiw. if mum was to even think about action, the bucks need to flow immediately. from her to them, as there is no guarantee of success, they would need full settlement, or at least a huge chunk in advance. this alone would IMO put cessation to any actions / lawsuits. unless 'she' has access to funds that 'she' can afford to lose? btw, my 'event' went seamlessly. albeit some years ago.
