rooster59
More than 200 passengers safe after train derails in Ratchaburi Image: Daily News More than 200 passengers were uninjured after the #251Thonburi to Prachuap Khirikhan rail service derailed in Ratchaburi late yesterday afternoon. The incident happened 50 meters before the station at Ban Khu Bua and resulted in the main locomotive coming off the tracks. Three buses ferried the passengers to their destinations. An initial investigation suggests that damage to sleepers and the rails caused by incessant rain caused the accident. Police and railway engineers were on the scene yesterday at 4.30 pm assessing the situation. Dumbastheycome
So which track did it derail from? Looks like the one to the left in the picture and that looks like it has had not much recent use or upkeep. Switching error?
