Since 2009 there was a persistent misconception that death penalty will never be carried out again. Wrong. One execution "out of the blue" in 2018. There is one person who can order an execution being carried out within 24 hours. If he is "in the mood". In the case of 2018 the parents didn't make it in time for a farewell to their son.
