vibration
I am a 66 year old British Citizen and am tax resident in Thailand in Norway and am also eligible for tax in the UK. I have excellent Health Insurance through Pacific Cross (Pattaya Expats Club Group Deal) and was wondering if anyone has successfully managed to claim the health insurance premium back from the tax payable to Thailand and if yes what was required. I contacted the tax office and was informed that I must have a receipt from the Insurance Company showing that the premium was paid in the same Thai tax year that I am claiming tax back, unfortunatly this is not possible as my premium is paid in December the year before. I also contacted my Insurance Agent however the reply I received was not helpful and very confusing. Many thanks in advance for any help.
