Maybe give Star Visa a call in CM, and ask them about BKK..I used my JP as a witness, but it wasn't notarized.  Banks might have one, too.  Depends on where and who the document is for.  The embassy is usually the choice for local stuff, and a law office for home country stuff.  Local things might need to be legalized, requiring an embassy visit anyways.

Are you notarizing a document for use in Thailand?  For use overseas?  If overseas, in which country?  These things matter.  For example, you CANNOT notarize a document in Thailand for use in the United States with anyone other than the US Embassy or Consulate.

Yes, I know. My problem is the law firm I usually use has closed and I need to find a new one.
