JusticeGB
Get in a 3rd contractor to build a ramp for the disabled and a 4th contractor to build a lift to allow the disabled to get into the bus. Then at least the budget will have enough wedge in it to handle brown envelopes. 1

The ‘authorities’ made money on the deal…the ‘authorities’ made even more money by inflating the budget…and the same ‘authorities’ don’t give a sh*t about the handicapped.

wpcoe
It looks like the original roof was slanted toward the rear to channel off the rain away from passengers. The new (lower) roof has a nice downward curve at the front to channel rain into an nice line of dripping water which passengers will pass through?
